New mortgage calculators to help you plan faster

I’ve added a couple of handy tools to the site to make planning your next move a bit easier. If you’re eyeing up a place, you can quickly check what repayments might look like by plugging in a loan amount, interest rate and term. It’s a simple way to sense‑check whether the numbers feel comfortable before you get too far down the track.

If you’re already in a place and keen to knock the mortgage off sooner, the second tool lets you play with extra repayments or the odd lump sum and shows how much time you could shave off your loan — and how that might reduce interest over the life of it. It’s a nice way to see the impact of small tweaks without needing a spreadsheet.

These are estimates to help you get your bearings. Banks price differently and your exact repayments will depend on your final loan setup, rate and term, but this will give you a clear starting point.

You’ll find them under the Services page, and I’ve embedded them here to make life easy!
